Return & Refund Policy – Jawhara Hub

At Jawhara Hub, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. Our jewelry is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail, especially our personalized name pieces. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Personalized Items – Final Sale

All customized and engraved jewelry (including name necklaces, rings, bangles, and bracelets) is made to order and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once an order is placed, it enters production and cannot be modified or canceled after 12 hours.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

• Order number

• Clear images or videos showing the damage/defect

• Brief description of the problem

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following:

• A free replacement of the same item

• A store credit or refund (if replacement is not possible)

Please note: Minor variations in size, finish, or color may occur due to handmade production and do not qualify as defects.

3. Incorrect or Misspelled Names

We kindly ask customers to double-check all spellings and details before confirming their order. Jawhara Hub cannot be held responsible for spelling errors or incorrect name entries made during checkout.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order moves into production and cannot be changed or canceled.

5. Shipping Issues

While we work with reliable courier partners, Jawhara Hub is not liable for shipping delays, customs clearance issues, or lost shipments caused by third-party carriers.
