All personalized jewelry is made to order. Standard production time is:

  • 4 to 7 business days

  • This does not include weekends or public holidays

Once completed, the item is packaged securely and prepared for dispatch.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We ship across the UAE and internationally.

  • UAE Orders: 2 to 4 business days

  • International Orders: 5 to 10 business days
    (May vary based on location and customs processing)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or external factors.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions during special campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email and WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Jawhara Hub is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

6. Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or local taxes upon delivery.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable delivery partners, Jawhara Hub is not liable for delivery delays or lost items once the order has been handed over to the courier. If your package is delayed, we will assist in contacting the courier on your behalf.
